MOOD MEDIA d.o.o. ("we", "us", or "our"), developer of the Beezy app, is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy applies to the Beezy app and website and explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

By using the Beezy app and our website, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

15. YouTube API Services

Beezy integrates with YouTube via the official YouTube API Services to enable connected creators to display their YouTube channel data inside our platform.

Acknowledgement and applicable terms

By connecting your YouTube account to Beezy, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Beezy's use of information received from YouTube APIs adheres to the YouTube API Services Terms of Service.
• Your use of YouTube and the data you authorize Beezy to access is also governed by the Google Privacy Policy.

Data we receive from YouTube

When a creator connects their YouTube account, we receive only the data necessary to display channel analytics inside Beezy:

• Channel identifier (channel ID, handle / @username)
• Public channel metadata (name, description, country, profile image, creation date)
• Public channel statistics (subscriber count, total view count, total video count)
• Public video metadata for videos uploaded by the connected channel (title, description, tags, publication date, duration, thumbnail)
• Public video statistics (view count, like count, comment count)

We do not request access to private playlists, viewer identities, subscriber lists, email addresses, monetization data, or any other private user information.

How we use this data

YouTube data is processed solely for the following purposes:

• Displaying the creator's channel profile inside Beezy
• Computing analytics for influencer marketing campaigns the creator runs through Beezy
• Sharing campaign-specific analytics with the brand (client) that contracted the campaign
• Computing aggregate trend metrics (subscriber growth, view growth) by storing daily snapshots of public statistics

We do not sell YouTube data, share it with third parties outside the context of an authorized campaign, or use it for advertising targeting.

Data retention

YouTube data is retained for the duration of the connected account's relationship with Beezy. When a user disconnects their YouTube account or deletes their Beezy account, all stored YouTube data associated with that account is permanently removed from our active systems within thirty (30) days, except where retention is required by applicable law.

Revoking access

You can revoke Beezy's access to your YouTube account at any time through either of the following:

• Inside Beezy — open Settings → Connected social media → YouTube → Disconnect.
• From your Google account — visit the Google Security Permissions page, locate Beezy in the list of third-party apps with access, and click "Remove access."

Once revoked, Beezy will immediately stop accessing new YouTube data for your account. Previously stored data will be removed in accordance with the retention policy above.
